ADULT BEGINNERS & RETURNERS CLASS

Couch to game, set & match in 6 weeks!

​

These classes run all year round, taken by experienced tennis coach Alistair Dunn and offer an easy and fun way to get started with tennis.  All equipment is supplied including rackets so you just have to wear trainers and comfortable clothes.

​

The 6-lesson introduction course costs just £30 and at the end of the course you play a competitive team tennis match.

As well as the basic tennis strokes you will also learn the rules and etiquette of tennis so at the completion of the course, you will be ready to play with anyone, anywhere.  Alistair will also advise on how to avoid injury, choosing tennis gear and the best type of racket for you. Most importantly you will learn that tennis is a fun game that you can play at any age, and enjoy at any level of ability.

The class is an ideal introduction to playing tennis for absolute beginners and 'returners' (those who have not played in  a long time).  Age is no barrier and we have many active members in the 50+ age bracket.
